PCI Pal®, the global provider of secure payment solutions, is hosting a free series of webinars for contact center, compliance and data security professionals, with a focus on managing PCI DSS compliance for Cardholder Not Present payments.
The first webinar focuses on maintaining PCI compliance from home. While the concept of working remotely is nothing new, the current world situation has seen many businesses having to quickly adjust systems and processes to enable staff to support clients remotely.
The webinar on 29th April will focus on how compliance with PCI DSS rules for payment security fits into the current picture, and how the right cloud-based compliance solution means that contact center agents or employees can take secure payments over the phone with ease, regardless of their location, and in accordance to compliance rules
Subsequent webinars focus on how DDC Outsourcing Solutions UK, a large UK BPO has managed its PCI compliance requirements (28th May), in addition to ‘Compliance Through the Eyes of the Consumer’ which looks at the findings of a payment security survey of over 6,000 consumers in the UK, USA and Australia (25th June).
Confirms Jane Goodayle from PCI Pal: “It’s so important that organizations do not fall into the trap of non-compliance during these challenging times. While it’s becoming imperative to service customers remotely, it’s important that organizations don’t forget about data and payment security, to not get caught out. Our free 30-minute webinars, with first focussing on compliance for homeworkers, will offer guidance on what organizations need to consider to ensure customer payments are handled in the most secure and compliant way, both now and in the future.”
